All meetings before December will begin at 4:00 p.m. and will be held in the Town Management office. Meetings' dates/times/modalities/locations are included in the HHCH Calendar (accessible under "For Residents") and may be subject to change. Published meeting agendas are sent to HHCH residents via email in advance of the meetings. If you would like to suggest an item for the agenda, please send it to Kimberly Mills at [email protected].

*Annual Homeowners' Meeting location:  Williamsburg Library, 515 Scotland Street, Patricia Schell Meeting Room (near the auditorium) at 6 PM. Updated meeting information  will be sent by email when the date draws closer.

Payments are due each calendar quarter no later than January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

Mission Statement

The Board of Directors shall have all of the powers and duties necessary for the administration of the affairs of the Association and may do all such acts and things as are applicable by law, the Declaration, the Articles or the Bylaws required to be exercised and done by the Association.  The Board of Directors shall have the power from time to time to adopt any rules and regulations deemed necessary for the benefit and enjoyment of the Common Areas; provided however, such rules and regulations shall not be in conflict with the Declarations, the Articles or the Bylaws.
